Tracking Your Order

 

DHL, UPS, and Fed Ex all use a tracking number to identify and locate a package as it moves through their shipping systems to its destination. 

 

We provide you with these tracking numbers via email once your order has been shipped.  You can then enter the number into the Track Packages area on the shippers' websites and find out exactly where your shipment is located and the expected delivery date.

Nation-Wide Shipping

 

Our furniture ships nation-wide via ground service, and will arrive partially assembled.  Detailed instructions with images will help guide you through the assembly process, and are also available here (Chairs consist of 4 parts, 8 bolts, and a few screws).  Several items have flat shipping rates, but mostly rates will vary depending on your location and furniture order.  Please contact us for a specific shipping price quote. 

 

 

 

 

Free Local Delivery

 

We offer free local delivery from our Waterbury shop location.  We will be happy to drop off your fully assembled furniture order at no additional charge to you, if you are located in our local area.  Alternatively, we can also arrange delivery to other parts of Vermont and Northern New England.  Rates are variable and are based on round-trip mileage.  Please contact us for more information about our delivery services.
