Nation-Wide Shipping: Most of our furniture ships nation-wide via fully insured ground service, and will arrive partially assembled. Detailed instructions with images will help guide you through the assembly process; minimal skills and tools are required. Larger
items and fully assembled pieces can ship freight and we are happy to get you a quote for your order. International Shipping: At
this time we are only able to ship smaller gift items via USPS internationally. If you are interested in any of our products,

In our continued effort to reduce waste and repurpose material, almost all of our shipping materials are second generation recycled. Most of the larger boxes are recycled bicycle boxes, all packing materials such as air pouches, peanuts, and other fill are reused and never new. Our finished products are most often fully wrapped in industrial bubble wrap to protect the finish during transit, and these large sheets are salvaged from boat deliveries from one of our local gear shops. If we do need additional material, it is always biodegradable paper based and not plastic.
Free Local Delivery:
We offer free local delivery from our Waterbury shop location. We will be happy to drop off your fully assembled furniture order at no additional charge to you, if you are located in our local area (10 mile radius). Alternatively, we can also arrange delivery to other parts of Vermont and Northern New England. Rates are variable and are based on round-trip mileage. Tracking Your Order:
UPS and Fed Ex both use a tracking number to identify and locate a package as it moves through their shipping systems to its destination. We provide you with these tracking numbers via email once your order has been shipped. You can then enter the number into the Track Packages area on the shippers' websites and find out exactly where your shipment is located and the expected delivery date.
Some smaller items and all International shipments ship via US Postal Service which does
not have the ability to offer live tracking, but rather delivery confirmation once it reaches the destination.

Shipping Damage:
On rare occasion, some items may becomed damaged in transit due to improper handling. We insure all shipments, so if there is any damage call or e-mail immediately so we can notify the shipper. Any damage will be taken care of ASAP and to the best of our ability given the claim process from our carriers.
