If you want to allow your framed table to double as a bench or seat, we have developed the table/bench combo.  The Coffee Table/Bench is just a slight modification on our standard coffee table.  We add in extra supports in the frame, use a solid square leg, and run a more narrow overhang on the top. 

 

In short, you can park a truck on it.
