Every piece of our hand-crafted furniture is fully constructed in our shop and then partially disassembled for shipment.  This way, all components are sure to fit perfectly and as intended.  Set-up is made as easy as possible for even the most mechanically challenged, and only consists of 4 parts for chairs.
